Specimen Requirements

1. Contact microbiology laboratory to obtain CLOtest slides.

2. Bring CLOtest slides to room temperature before inoculation.

3. Send biopsy tissue in CLOtest collector.

4. Maintain sterility and forward promptly.

Note: Indicate specimen source on specimen container and in computer.
