Specimen Required


Supplies: Sarstedt Aliquot Tube, 5 mL (T914)

Collection Container/Tube:

Preferred: Red top

Acceptable: Serum gel

Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial

Specimen Volume: 0.5 mL Serum

Collection Instructions:

1. Draw blood between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. the morning following an evening dose.

2. Within 2 hours of collection, centrifuge and aliquot serum into a plastic vial and freeze immediately. Do not send in original tube.

3. Send frozen.
