Specimen Requirements
Collect: 1.0mL of Lithium heparinized plasma or serum.
Serum or plasma must be separated from cells within 2 hours of collection.

If drawn in a STT tube and specimen will not be delivered to the lab the same day of collection, serum must be poured off into an aliquot tube.
